The Black Friday madness

Stress from bad news:

I woke up round 6a.m. on November 24th. It is the day after thanksgiving day or we call it – Black Friday. Why it is so special? It is the first shopping day of the Christmas season and one of the busiest shopping days of the year in the U.S. Anyway, after I checked my email and found a message from P’Noot telling me that my dog is dead by cobra (snake) attack. It was a horrible news for me that morning. So I called her and asked what was happened. The story was kind of long but they found a dead bird, dead cat, dead cobra and Ferkie (the dog). It is really horrible, isn’t it?

Stress from large crowds:

Back to the Black Friday, I went to Toy-R-Us, but went out empty handed. I went to Circuit City – also empty handed. I went to Sport Authority – got one golf club. I went to Target – got some sheets for my mom’s bed. And that was about it. I remembered the Black Friday last year, it was freezing, probably 28 – 31 degree Fahrenheit or minus 3 degree Celsius. I woke up at 4a.m. and went to Best Buy- the electronic store. There was a lot of people and I was in the line. The result? empty handed!
