There are reasons when you have to switch from Mail application to MS Entourage.

I’ve been using Mail.app for years. I know that Mail.app is simple and clean, only if you want to send and receive emails. But if you want to use ToDos, Mail, and Cal in one app. Entourage is the answer.

For the first time, after you install. Entourage will ask you to import email accounts. I did import all my 5 imap accounts from Mail. They are all work great.

I also keep all of my sent, spam, trash, and draft folder synchronize with my Google App email when I access from the web.

Here is what I did.

Go to Account Settings.. –> double click on the account you want to edit –> choose Advanced tab

Set all each folder to Gmail’s

Done. When you access your email account from the web. All of the folder will be synchronize with Entourage. It is easy to find sent messages or your Draft messages.
